The durable six-inch diameter reels retract smoothly and safely store up to 20 feet of hose or electrical cord, providing a neat, clean appearance and eliminating potential tripping hazards.  The heavy-duty reels have been extensively tested under the most demanding conditions and are ideal for a wide range of medical and dental equipment.  The reel are available in a variety of standard and custom hose terminations.  Their internal swivel joint meets U.S. FDA requirements.

Hunter Spring reels feature an automatic pawl and ratchet system that securely lock the cord or hose at any desired length.  Their “constant force” cord retraction draws up the hose at a steady, even rate.  A slight tug is all that is required to start the retracting mechanism.  The reel’s heavy gauge steel housing with baked enamel finish protects the retracted cord or hose. 

The reels are manufactured to meet exacting design and performance requirements.  The reels are available with a standard centerline bracket but can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.  They also can be provided in a range of retraction forces and epoxy painted to match medical equipment colors, including medical gray, black or white.
